WHAT ARE YOUR TICKET PRICES?
Adult tickets are $20, Child (4-12 yrs) tickets are $10,
Toddlers under 3 do not need a ticket.
PLEASE NOTE: All Children must be accompanied by at least one Adult.
WHERE EXACTLY ARE YOU LOCATED?
SelfieStop is located on the 2nd floor of Providence Place Mall.
We are next to Nordstrom near the North Side parking garage.
WILL TICKETS BE AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR?
Tickets are often available at the door; however, we cannot guarantee that any will be available at a specific time. We strongly suggest you purchase tickets in advance online to avoid disappointment.
WHAT TIME DO I NEED TO ARRIVE FOR MY TIMED TICKET?
You must arrive within the first 10 minutes of the 15-minute slot you purchased (e.g. arrive before 3:10 p.m. for a 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. ticket). PLEASE NOTE: Your ticket is only valid for the date and time purchased. If you miss your timeslot your ticket is no longer valid.
IS THERE PARKING AT YOUR LOCATION?
PLEASE NOTE: Parking in the Providence Place Garage is free for the first two hours then standard charges will apply. Also, the mall is quite large, we are located on the second floor near Nordstrom, please allow ample time for parking and to arrive during the first 10 minutes of your purchased timeslot.
CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKET OVER?
Tickets are non-transferable.
One person in the party must match one of the names on the tickets with a photo ID.
HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I PURCHASE?
Each purchaser is allowed up to 20 tickets at time
DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET?
You may present your ticket on your phone with a valid ID, or, you may print out your ticket at home. If you selected Will Call, one ID must match to the purchaser or to a single registered name. Name changes are never allowed on tickets and any claim from ticket resellers is false.
Groups must enter our exhibit together.
DO YOU REFUND TICKETS OR CHANGE TICKET TIMES?
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. We cannot transfer tickets for any reason as we only allow a limited number of people in during each time slot. No exceptions can be made.
WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE THE NAMES OF MY GUESTS?
Only one attendee's name (including yours!) needs to match the ticket.
WILL I HAVE ENOUGH TIME WITH THE FINAL TIME SLOT?
Yes! The museum will be open one hour past the final time slot, but, please arrive within 10 minutes of your ticket time as entry doors will close without exception.
DO YOU OFFER COAT CHECK & STROLLER STORAGE CHECK?
We do not have coat check available.
Due to the interactive nature of the exhibitions, strollers are not allowed inside our exhibit as they impact the guest experience. When necessary, we ask that you fold and carry. We do not have dedicated stroller space but will do our best to accommodate stroller storage when possible.
IS PHOTOGRAPHY ALLOWED?
Photography is allowed and encouraged! Commercial or Product shoots, press interviews, media shoots, and all professional video equipment is prohibited without advance approval and accompaniment from a SelfieStop representative. Please email for requests.
IS THE MUSEUM WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
ARE PETS ALLOWED IN THE MUSEUM?
Animals are not permitted at SelfieStop. The only exception is for service animals on a leash and under their masters’ control as authorized by applicable law.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO EXPERIENCE THE MUSEUM?
SelfieStop is designed to be 30 - 60 minutes of FUN! Please note that the ball pool is a timed experience in order for all our visitors to all be able to enjoy the exhibit!

A museum in our opinion celebrates creativity, passion, history, innovators and innovations and we created SelfieStop in this spirit. While we are neither a non-profit nor an official museum, we are built upon the foundation of sharing and celebrating imagination.
